5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Accepting a bonus requires the associated wagering requirement to be fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%

VIP tier progression depends on your activity and engagement with the platform. The decision to change tiers is entirely at vbv8's discretion.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• Collusion betting or match fixing
• Placing bets using a third party's funds
• Using fraudulent payment methods

8.1 Closure by vbv8

vbv8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Inappropriate or abusive behavior
• Access from a prohibited country or region

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any eligible funds from your wallet before closure.

8.3 Treatment of Funds

If an account is closed due to rule violations, bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Whether a fair portion of the original deposit is refundable will be decided following an investigation.
